Temporary Suspension of Filipino Mass

Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ,


Due to the growing issue if COVID-19 here in New Zealand, the Bishops Conference of New Zealand has Suspended all Public Liturgical Celebrations. This may also affect into the Holy Week celebrations. We will be suspending all Filipino Masses (both weekly and monthly basis), until further notice from our Bishops.


All churches will be opened for private prayers and devotions. We remind all to practice social distancing of at least 2 meters apart from each other.


Weekly Masses will be celebrated and live streamed on Saturdays at 6pm. This will be available from our diocesan website at www.aucklandcatholic.org.nz this will be displayed on its homepage. We will have the video from our Chaplain is also available on this website's homepage.


We also invite all to visit the Resources Page from the Diocese of Auckland, you can use these resources as a guide in this difficult times.


For further developments of this cancellation, please make sure you keep in touch and look out for any notices on this website or on our diocesan website.
