Choir and Lector Allocations - From 28th Nov 2025 to 4th Jan 2026

Good Day Fellow Servants! Please be guided for our Choir and Lector Allocations for the following celebrations coming up:
Immaculate Conception Novena and Fiesta (28th November to 7th December 2025)
Simbang Gabi (15th December to 23rd December 2025)
Christmas Season (24th December 2025 to 4th January 2026)
Please be reminded on the following points below for both Choir Groups and Lectors stated below:
For everyone:
Simbang Gabi will be in English.
Readings for Simbang Gabi on Weekdays (Mon to Fri), will be anticipated (e.g. Readings for 15th December Simbang Gabi, will be for the 16th December).
Christmas Carols for Simbang Gabi and Christmas Eve will start 15 minutes before Mass.
For Choirs:
Gloria will be Sung in Weekday Simbang Gabi Masses.
Gloria for Simbang Gabi on 20th and 21st December will be omitted (as these masses fall on Sunday of Advent Liturgy).
As much as possible, during the Mass before 24th December, kindly follow Advent Protocols. For detailed advice, please email liturgical.music@acfc-catholic.org.nz for more information.

For Lectors (Commentators, Readers, Book Preparation):
Readers and Commentators, Please arrive at least 30 to 15 minutes early before your assigned service.
Lectors assigned for Book Preparation, are advised to be at church 30 mins before start time.
Remember to wear smart casual attire for your service. Minimum dark bottoms (pants/dress) and a light-coloured top (e.g. white top) is preferred.
