Praise be Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, now and forever. Amen.
Warm greetings to all our dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
On behalf of the Auckland Catholic Filipino Chaplaincy, we warmly invite all our devotional groups, choir ministries, liturgy teams, Ministers of Holy Communion, technology ministry, and other Filipino groups serving within our chaplaincy to attend the ACFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 11 July 2026, from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, to be held at St Benedict’s Crypt.
We kindly encourage each group to send at least two (2) representatives to participate in this important gathering. Your presence and insights are greatly valued as we reflect on the past year, celebrate our ministries, and discuss the future direction of our chaplaincy.
As part of the programme, each group will be given up to three (3) minutes to share a brief report or update on its activities and progress. This is optional, but if your group wishes to present, we encourage you to focus on the most significant highlights to help us keep the meeting on schedule. If you would like to provide a more detailed report, you are welcome to bring printed copies for distribution to attendees.
To assist us with planning and catering arrangements, we kindly ask that all groups confirm the names of their representatives as soon as possible by emailing info@acfc-catholic.org.nz.
