Hello brothers and sisters in Christ! Happy new year to all!
I am sure you all are aware that our ACFC AGM is happening on the 17th of February 2024, all announcements re this AGM has been circulated and posted in our website, chat group and our other Social media platforms. Please don't forget to RSVP online or you can also confirm your attendance by replying to this email.

Just a reminder that all groups are requested to assign/send at least two representatives to attend this important meeting for the ACFC. The AGM agenda will be sent out to you after 11 Feb, Sunday.
Please note, Fr Gilbert has requested for at least 2-3mins report from each group to update ACFC of what has happened or future activities and your group's planned events for this year. If you have nothing to report you may just want to share some other urgent concerns, comments and suggestions which you may have and want to present to the body.
Please be conscious of time as we have a long list of groups to report so please be considerate and make sure to be wary of the 2-3 mins time allocation.
We also request for everyone to be prompt and be there on time for us to start on time and finish on time too (1:30pm-4:00pm), as most of us might still have other activities to attend to on that day.
If you think you know of any other group not included in this mailing list, please feel free to forward this message and inform them of the forthcoming ACFC AGM.
