A Pastoral Letter has been issued by the NZ Catholic Bishops Conference, in response to the Alert Level 2 Restrictions. When the Alert Level System was introduced by NZ Government, it allowed gatherings of 100 inside and 500 outside, by following social distancing guidelines. The most recent version of Level 2 Restrictions now does not allow this to happen, which only restricts gatherings of 10 (ten) or less only. The Bishops however have allowed Churches to open it's doors for any private and personal devotions. Different Parishes will have different strategies on opening its doors, so please contact them directly about this information.
We all know that we miss having our Filipino Masses weekly at Balmoral. The website and social media team will keep on putting online Masses on the Mass Online page of this website. The Mass Online page has Masses from the Vatican (live and recorded), Sambuhay, and from the Diocese of Auckland (recorded). The page will also have important notices from the chaplaincy.
