NO USB STICKS (or External Hard Drives) for Tech Desk

Greetings Everyone,

Please be advised that the Technology AV Team will be prohibiting the use of USB Sticks or External Hard Drives. This policy will be Strictly Enforced, as this will prevent Cyber related incidents (such as hacking, viruses, data breaches) and also to protect ACFC and Personally owned laptops (and other devices).

Technology AV Team, has the right to completely refuse, or instruct certain content to be email at Technology.AV@acfc-catholic.org.nz. Groups (Choirs and Devotional Groups) and Individuals, are encouraged to coordinate with Technology AV Team (email Technology.AV@acfc-catholic.org.nz) days in advance not the night before.

Some points to remember below:

• Groups or Individuals are welcome and encouraged to bring their own devices to be connected to the screens.

• Choir Groups are advised to download copies of the PowerPoint Template on this website at https://www.acfc-catholic.org.nz/news. Choir Groups are encouraged to operate their own PowerPoint slides for the songs.

• Groups or Individuals requesting to display other content on the screens (such as Event Posters, or videos), are to be emailed days in advance. Please note that some content such as Event Posters or videos are subject for approvals from the Liturgy and Technology Coordinator and/or the chaplain.
