The following is the AGM email notice sent out to all groups and Chaplaincy Pastoral Council members. Please email info@acfc-catholic.org.nz for more information about the AGM 2025.
Greetings to you all, my dear brothers and sisters in Christ! I hope this message finds you all well and in good spirits.
This is a friendly reminder for the respective group leaders/heads to kindly submit the names of your two (2) representatives who will be attending the ACFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday, 12 July 2025. We would greatly appreciate receiving your representatives' names by 30 June 2025 to assist us with catering arrangements.
The AGM will take place at St Benedict's Crypt from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Each group will be allotted 3 minutes to share a report, should you wish to do so. Please note that this is optional, and you may choose to only report if you have something important to share. To help us finish on time, we kindly ask that you focus on the most significant matters related to your group's activities. If you would like to distribute a more detailed report to all attendees, please bring printed copies to share on the day.
For your reference, the agenda for the AGM and the minutes from our last AGM (17 Feb 2024) are attached below.
