ACFC Annual General Meeting 2026

The Auckland Catholic Filipino Chaplaincy extends an invitation to all devotional groups, choir ministries, liturgy teams, and other Filipino groups to attend their Annual General Meeting.

Date: Saturday, 11 July 2026
Time: 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Location: St Benedict's Crypt, St Benedict's Church, Newton, Auckland
The organisation requests that each group send at least two (2) representatives to this gathering. Groups are welcome to present brief updates, with up to three (3) minutes allocated per group to share highlights and progress reports.
Groups may also distribute printed copies of more detailed reports if desired. To help with planning and catering, representatives must confirm attendance by 1 July 2026, via email at info@acfc-catholic.org.nz.
The previous year's meeting minutes from 12 July 2025 are available for reference below. The detailed agenda for this year's meeting will be circulated closer to the event date.
